Games that Train for Fitness (Mental - pt. 1)

I was just thinking...What if ...If brains didn't age so rapidly. What would life be like at 50, 60, 70 years old and beyond, if our brains functioned at a healthier rate? Do you think it would make a difference in the quality of your life? I am a big fan of brain games and brain teasers. I love puzzle games and I like to challenge my mind with new and different things. Well, here is a game that when played often increases mental capacity. It is called the Big Brain Academy for Wii.

Wii games are all the rage now so, why not use it to better your mental fitness? As a matter of fact, why not give it to someone you love, who may be bored often, with nothing much to do except work? It would make an excellent Christmas gift, that will be both fun and beneficial for many years to come. It is a passive game with many mental fitness benefits and it is not too strenous, so even your grandparents can play. Beauty is being competant at any age. No one wants to loose their ability to think straight just because they had a lot of birthdays. Even at 80 you want your brain to be sharp.

Often times people don't think much about this organ. It is however, one of the most important, since it actually controls the activity of all the other organs in the human body. When the brain is lazy, weak and sluggish it is hard to think clearly and stayed focused. With so much going on in our daily lives we need to be able to move quickly and efficiently throughout the day without the hinderances of  brain fog, forgetfullness, or the ability to stay focused.

So, let's think about increasing our brain power as we age so that we can stay on point. Staying on point keeps us beautiful as well. Girls, we want to still be able to put on our clothes and makeup and look gorgeous at any age. Guys you still want to be able to stay at the top of your game, at any age. So, why wait? Start this holiday season off right and prepare to be mentally fit as you start off your fabulous New Year.


Don't let your brain slip away and become weak and forgetful this year just because. Do something about it. Have fun being challenged by playing brain games. I know it is not a physically challenging game, but just give it some thought as to how these types of games can enhance your ability to think about, strategize to obtain and prioritize the things that are important  in your life.
