. Use a mixing bowl to combine the kaolin powder and baking soda.
- 2Add the myrrh powder and yellow dock to the mixing bowl. Mix the myrrh and dock into the mixing bowl with kaolin powder and baking soda. Use a metal whisk.

Grind and crush the raspberry leaf and herbs. Grind the spearmint and sage along with the raspberry leaf into a coffee
grinder or a pepper mill, separate from the mixing bowl.

Mix the two bowls and add essential oils. Pour the mixture from the raspberry leaf and herbs into the mixing bowl. Add the essential oil. Put the essential oils in the mixing bowl and whisk again.
Cover the mixing bowl with a towel. Using a cloth towel keeps air in the mixture. Let the bowl sit and remain covered for one day. Whisk again the next day and put into a sterile jar with a lid.
Brush your teeth with the herbal toothpaste. The paste is ready to use. Dip the toothbrush into the mixture and brush your teeth for at least two minutes. Brush as usual, morning and night
